terms of services

  • Do not trace, copy or claim any of current or prior work of mine as yours !

Important before commissioning

  • You can fill the form even if my commissions closed.

  • You can't edit the commissionned work without my consent.

  • You are not allowed to use/take my vroid assets to put on other models without my consent.

  • You can't ask other artist to edit any of my work for any reason !

  • I do NOT provide .vroid and .cmo3 files for any reason.

payment

  • Payment is in advance.

  • All prices are in EURO and can be paid by the Paypal invoice system.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the product is finished.

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Work

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • If you need your commission to be done before a certain date, please let me know in advance. If it is too urgent for me, a 30% extra fees will be required.

  • If I don't receive a response within two weeks of initially contacting you, I will release your waiting list slot.

  • If you don't have a clear reference sheet or a complete document which contains all details about your character like this extra fees will be required.

  • Please don't rush me, I have a personal life and other clients. If you want updates on the commission, don't hesitate and contact me.

  • You may request unlimited revisions at the sketch phase.

  • A fee can be added if you want me to change something you have previously approved. (The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.)

  • Live2D commissions are considered commercial-use. You may use it for streaming/videos, etc...

  • It is prohibited to use/upload/sell my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) anywhere.

  • Prices of my commissions are subjected to change at anytime.

PROCESS

  • The commission will be started only after the full or first 30% of the payment has been made.

  • Commissions are being done in the same order they were ordered at.

  • The commission may take up to 3 months max to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commissions and the amount of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc. you will get notified.

  • You will receive a clean draft for approval. Please list all the changes when receiving this sketch. If everything is approved I will proceed to finish the artwork.

  • After receiving the final product, I will only make small changes like colors and few details if asked.

REFUNDS

  • You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

  • You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started.

  • The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it.

  • If I am suddenly unable to continue your order, I will provide a full refund.

Credit and Usage

  • Anything ordered are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY! (Except Live2D models)

  • VRoid models can be used for streaming/videos but can't be sell as merch or goodies (except you've paid for commercial rights)

  • For commercial rights, you will have to pay 50% on top of the base price.

  • You can use or share your commission as long as you credit me with a link to one of my social networks.

  • You have to credit me in your twitch panels or in YouTube description to use commissionned avatars from me, if you want a panel for the credit I can give it to you

  • I am allowed to post your commissions on my networks or on this site.
